Returns

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Read more in Return Policy on the footer menu

Shipping

We deliver our products all over the UAE. Shipping will be done by our team at Green Hands LLC. Payments will be accepted only in AED. Delivery within UAE cities shall be between 2-15 working days depending on the location. Read more in Shipping policy on the footer menu

Organic Soil mix including natural aerators, organic fertilizers and organic pest repellents, and organic root growth enhancers

What's not included in the service:

Pot - we use your existing pots. If you require a new pot, order a new pot from our pots section.

Plant - we repot your existing plant. f you want a new plant, please order the plant separately.

If you have pots that are beyond the sizes listed, ping us on WhatsApp along with the pot dimensions for a custom quote.

Note: The plant repotting service uses our signature ultra-premium organic soil mix. However, if you have an ailing plant/ plant under stress, please consult us before purchasing the service. So we can provide the right advice and package.
