These are not new installs. Each plant has been on a weekly plan long enough to reach the ceiling, fill a corner or take over a desk island.
What every weekly visit includes.

Soil checks are measured, not guessed. The meter reads moisture, fertility, pH, temperature, light and humidity at every plant, so watering and feeding are set to what the soil actually needs.
If a plant fails, we replace it. Free.
Any plant that fails while on the plan is replaced from Green Hands stock, free of charge, with a healthy, well-matched plant. We can make this promise because we chose, supplied and installed the plants, and we see them every week.

How much does weekly plant care cost in Dubai?
Care plans are quoted per site, based on the number and size of plants and the visit schedule. Plans run for 12 months and are invoiced quarterly in advance. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and plant count for a quote.
Can I add a care plan for plants I did not buy from Green Hands?
On a case-by-case basis. It starts with a site assessment by our specialist, who checks the soil and the condition of each plant. Plants that pass come onto the plan. Any that cannot be recovered are replaced from Green Hands stock. The replacement guarantee applies to plants we have assessed or supplied.
What happens if a plant dies?
Any plant that fails while on the plan is replaced free of charge from Green Hands stock with a healthy, well-matched plant.
How long is the contract?
12 months, invoiced quarterly in advance.
Which areas do you cover?
Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Do you visit outside office hours?
Yes. Visits are planned around your opening hours, including early mornings and weekends where access allows.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Visits, replacements and soil top-ups all happen without your involvement. We only message you if we need something from your side, such as access on a public holiday or a plant being moved.
Can I start a care plan after the installation?
Yes. Within 90 days of installation, a plan can start straight away. After that, we do a quick site check first.
